The Bagsa Connection
Please check out this Bagsa Connection with Oas LGU.

Ay susmaryosep! Unan? P200,000 was lost by the people thru the LGU for this project that was funded and approved by the Mayor and the Sanguniang Bayan? Wow, ha\'85to think that there is no new technology imbedded in this equipment to hasten the drying time of palay. This is not even a continuous system, where the palay is inputed on one end and comes out dried at the other end.
Compare this to what you see behind the fence below:

What you see above is being touted by the Mayor in his Ulat ng Bayan as the ongoing 50 core-shelter program of their administration. The SB members agree it is because no one questions it. My friend that is not true.
These are the 50 houses built from the funds given by the President in May2007 Fiesta for the reconstruction of houses damaged by typhoon \ldblquote Reming\rdblquote in Dec,2006. Funds from DSWD were given out by the President during her visit to Oas. Each house cost P70,000 to build. This was completed and contained in the report of Ma\rquote am Carmen Rayel in Bandillo.
However, it was reported by the SB and Mayor Greg as their accomplishment Core Shelter Program where in 2007 EDF, P1M was supposedly spent and another P2.066M from 2009 EDF which includes the purchase of less than a hectare in Bagsa from the Conde family at the cost of P1.866M. That is a glaring P2M per hectare agri lot. The municipio is expecting that this will increase the value of lot buying in the area?

They must be dreaming! Agri lots similarly situated can cost only P150T to P250T per hectare. So why pay P1.866 per hectare? Go ask Mr. Conde how he manipulated that and yes, also ask the facilitator, Acting Mun. Librarian Carmen Vicera, the sister of Kgwd. Everth Vicera who sponsored the purchase. They can very well explain.
Now compare this with the rotting Bagsa Daycare Center. Then compare it with the Flat Bed Mechanical Dryer. Almost of the same size, isn\rquote t it?
But why will the SB and Mayor approve an additional funding of P200,000 from 2009EDF when all costs were already borne out by Dept of Agriculture. Also the lot is free because it is part of the municipal lot where the Bagsa public cemetery belong? Do you see the template in previous projects?
Now we ask: Are we to be fooled all the time, because of our complacency to stand up and complain? Should we still trust these public officials who fooled us and will continue to fool us in the future. THIS IS SOCIAL INJUSTICE ALREADY, and we should cry FOUL!\par
From Ghost project to over-priced lot purchases\'85THIS IS TOO MUCH!\'85\
TO YOU Mayor Greg and to all you Kagawads headed by Vice Mayor Baltazar.,,,,,YOU CAN FOOL US SOMETIMES, BUT YOU CANNOT FOOL US ALL THE TIME!
Can anyone of you explain this?
Can you promise to explain these, we will listen on your next ULAT ng BAYAN!
